A redevelopment of the former bus station in Folkestone to transform the area into a green urban space. Our work involves laying granite slabs on a mortar bed to pedestrian areas to the old bus station as well as improvement works to various areas within Folkestone Town Centre.

A major project creating Canary Wharf’s new neighbourhood, Wood Wharf including 9 acres of public spaces, squares and parks. Working for Comast Construction, we are installing various types of granite paving to the public footways around the new Wood Wharf development.

The University of Sussex is redeveloping it’s West Slope area, providing 1,899 bedrooms together with a new Health and Wellbeing Centre, as well as catering and retail facilities for students. We are responsible for laying all of the block paving to the surrounds and inner courtyards of the new student blocks.

Cambridge Crescent, Maidstone
We’re currently undertaking all of the hard landscaping for Skillcrown Construction at Cambridge Crescent Maidstone. A new development providing 91 apartments and 28 houses for shared ownership and affordable rent, together with flexible commercial space, parking facilities and landscaping.

We’re working with Walker Construction in Canterbury on a number of projects. St George’s Square Tower is being renovated and we’re laying reclaimed yorkstone slabs to the surrounds of the tower and nearby shops to update the public realm.

The Imperial Hotel, in the heart of Bloomsbury, London is undergoing a full renovation, transforming the brutalist style building into a 4-star deluxe lifestyle hotel. We are responsible for the courtyard with our works including groundworks and installing kerbs and concrete paving.

St Peter and Pauls Church in Wadhurst, East Sussex is currently undergoing a restoration and conversation project. Our work on this restoration project was to install the purbeck tiles to the main church floor as well as reinstall the iron slabs back to their original location within the church.

Eastbourne Town Centre
A redevelopment of Eastbourne Town Centre, enhancing the route between town and beach with a £3 million pedestrianisation project. Our work involves laying granite slabs on a mortar bed to pedestrian areas and laying granite setts on a mortar bed to the road section of Terminus Road.
